Statement Of Faith

  1. I believe the bible is the infallible word of God.

  2. I believe God is a Spirit. (John 4:24)

  3. I believe God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself. (2 Co 5:19)

  4. I believe in the death, burial and literal resurrection of Jesus Christ, and that process makes salvation available to us. (Romans 6:6, 1 Co 1:23, 1 Co 2:2, Gal 2:20)

  5. I believe faith in Jesus Christ sets men free from sin by repentance. (Mar 6:12, Luke 13:3, Act 2:38, Act 17:30, Act 26:20)

  6. I believe being baptized in Jesus name provides for the remission of sin. (Act 2:38)

  7. I believe we are promised we can receive the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking in an unknown tongue like the New Testament church (Act 2:4, 2:38, 8:1-18, 10:44-48, 19:1-7, 1 Cor 12:1-15, 13:1-5, 14)

  8. I believe in the Gifts of the Spirit, (1 Co12) the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-23 and the 5 fold ministry. (Eph 4:11-12, 1 Co 12)
